Our team sanitizes between customers, and we encourage customers to do the same. (Bring alcohol wipes or hand sanitizer.)
Offering pick-up and delivery services to promote social distancing and limit contact with others.
We don't take returned products for resale.
All flower products are individually packaged in a sanitary climate-controlled environment.
We ensure that staff and/or customers touch and sanitize all areas. This encompasses point-of-sale interactions, door handles, countertops, and any retail spaces.
We advise everyone to limit contact whenever possible and avoid touching their face, mouth, nose, or eyes.
In addition to our daily and weekly cleaning protocols, we are adding an additional weekly disinfectant deep clean of our processing facility.
Employees are required to stay home if they have any signs or symptoms of illness.

Lucky Chuckie’s main priority is to keep all of our customers safe while maintaining high-quality service during these turbulent times.
In response to COVID-19 (coronavirus), we have employed stringent sanitation policies, and our employees are required to wear proper PPE such as face masks and gloves while handling products. We strongly encourage all visitors, customers, vendors, and tour riders to wear masks to help stop the spread of the virus and keep everyone safe.
